Founded in 2024 by Charles Womack, Snowbird Construction and Property Management was built on more than 12 years of leadership in high-end residential construction. After serving as Chief Construction Officer at Elevated Builders, Charles launched Snowbird to bring his vision of bespoke mountain homes and tailored property services to life. Rooted in the heart of Cashiers, NC, we are proud to serve the Cashiers and Highlands communities with craftsmanship, care, and commitment.
